OPERATION
PROPANE AND OIL
NOTE: Engine is shipped from factory without oil. You
must add engine oil before starting engine. If
engine is started without oil, engine may be
damaged beyond repair and will not be covered
by warranty.
Oil Quality
To operate the engine, we recommend using “VIPER®” brand
4-cycle oil (13235), included with each new Breez™ R2, or
an equivalent 10W-30 engine oil to ensure that the engine
operates correctly throughout the life of the engine. Use 16.4
oz (465 gram) disposable propane fuel cylinders.
Checking and Adding Oil
Be sure the engine is located on a level surface before
checking or relling oil. Proper position for checking oil level
or relling oil is face down on the wheel mount cover. It is
recommended to remove the wheels in order to ensure a level
surface. SEE FIGURE 2A
IMPORTANT
ENGINE MUST BE TIPPED FORWARD WHEN CHECKING
OIL LEVEL OR FILLING WITH OIL. FAILURE TO DO SO
CAN RESULT IN OVERFILLING THE ENGINE WITH OIL
WHICH WILL IMPAIR THE ENGINE’S PERFORMANCE.
