Do I need to register my ceiling fan
for warranty?
No. The proof of purchase (receipt) should be kept if you need to claim for
warranty in the future.
Can my fan be flush mounted?
No. This ceiling fan cannot be flush mounted.
Can this fan be mounted on a
sloped, angled, or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. You can mount this ceiling fan on a sloped ceiling. The maximum
angle allowable is 15°.
What size downrod can I use with
this fan?
A ¾ downrod with threaded on both end should be used with this ceiling
fan. The minimum length of the downrod is 5”, and the maximum length
is 60 (downrod with different length options can be found online at
www.homedepot.com) .
Can I have a brighter LED
assembly for my light?
No. The LED assembly is integrated in the unit, you cannot have a brighter
one.
Is the light dimmable?
No, the light is non-dimmable. However, you could change the color temperature
using the included remote control.
Can I have a wall switch for the
fan?
We do not recommend to use the wall switch for safety and product lifetime use.
However, you also could use the wall switch with the help of an electrician but it is
not included in our after-sale warranty.
Can I use both wall control and
remote control to operate my
ceiling fan?
No. You cannot operate the ceiling fan with both of them.
