Leg stretch

Static Stand beside the vibration
plate, parallel to the
equipment. Place your hands
on your hips. Place one foot
on the vibration surface, with
the inside of the foot touching
the surface. Straighten your
leg and lean into the opposite
leg.
Arm stretch
(fig. E2)
Arms Static Stand on the vibration plate.
Holt the belts by the belt grips.
Stretch your arms horizontally
to the side. Make sure that the
belts are tensioned.
