LARGE EGGS (COLD) PREPARATION TIME
Soft
up to 6 eggs, per steaming basket 7–9 minutes on HIGH
Medium
up to 6 eggs, per steaming basket 9–11 minutes on HIGH
Hard
up to 6 eggs, per steaming basket 12–14 minutes on HIGH
Eggs are best served immediately after steaming as they will continue cooking if kept on KEEP WARM.
Prick eggs with a pin before cooking to help prevent cracking.
FOOD PREPARATION TIME
Frozen fish fillets (4–6oz each)
Tray lined with baking paper 10–12 minutes on LOW
Fresh fish fillets (8oz each)
Tray lined with baking paper 7–10 minutes on LOW
Whole fresh fish (1lb)
On greased tray 12–15 minutes on LOW
Whole fresh fish (2lb)
On greased tray 15–18 minutes on LOW
Chicken breast (8–10oz each)
On greased tray 15–18 minutes on LOW
Whole chicken (4.5–5lb)
On greased tray 45 minutes on LOW + 15 minutes KEEP WARM
Whole poultry can release a large volume of juices during steaming.
Monitor the drip tray and empty before it becomes too full.
