IMPORTANT INFORMATION General The DynaCore™ stool combines Brewer Design’s clinically researched seating with a Therapeutic Dynamic Seating System. This technology, now incorporated in the DynaCore™, will treat and help prevent back pain by inducing natural posture and strengthening back and body core muscles while you work. Note- Because of the nature of this stool, we recommend a gradual build up in the hours of use. Begin using the stool 4 hours a day for the first 2 weeks.

THERAPEUTIC DYNAMIC SYSTEM COMPONENTS The Therapeutic Dynamic System is an air suspension system that allows for a full 360º of balanced, dynamic movement. You customize it to your personal preference. The “speed” of movement of the seat is determined by the amount of air pressure in the system. Higher air pressure provides more tension in the system, and therefore a “slower speed” of movement results. 5. Activation Lever push in to activate 4.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION To avoid damaging the stool’s upholstery, do not use a knife or other sharp object to open the package. Also, to avoid damaging the stool do not use levers for lifting. CAUTION Stool backrest and seat component weighs approximately 40 lbs. Use proper techniques when lifting. Stool assembly: 1. Remove all packing materials prior to removing the components. 2. Remove the attached backrest and seat component and carefully set aside. 3.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS cont. Optional Armrest assembly: 1. Remove (2) Handknobs with washers from under the seat. Be sure to keep the lockwasher closest to the Handknob with the flat washer on top. 2. Place the Armrests into the armrest channel under the seat. 3. Install Handknob assemblies through slotted hole in Armrest brackets and into the threaded hole in the armrest channel. Set Armrests to desired width and tighten Handknob.

STOOL ADJUSTMENTS cont. Backrest Height Adjustment For maximum comfort, the backrest should be positioned firmly against the lumbar region of your back. The DynaCore backrest provides 8 height positions. • Grasp the lower edge of the backrest and lift to the top position, disengaging the lock mechanism. • Let the backrest down to its bottom position, engaging the lock mechanism (you will hear a click). • Lift the backrest slowly to the desired height. 2.

MAINTENANCE CAUTION CAUTION The upholstery material is resistant to most medicinal type stains, but may be damaged by iodine, solvents and dyes. Remove any spilled fluids on the upholstery immediately. Failure to perform periodic inspections of the stool could result in personal injury or stool damage. Preventative Maintenance 1. TROUBLESHOOTING cont. Observation When I lean forward or to the right; (i.e. to pick something off the floor or when I get off the stool) the activation lever releases. Possible cause Corrective Action Automatic lockout feature deactivates the 360º movement when you remove your weight from the stool. This is normal operation. None advised Activation lever is in the “Always Active” position.
