Consumer must submit this form and include proof of purchase (i.e., a copy of your receipt) that shows the

purchase date, model number and serial number. Purchase must be between the dates of February 25, 2019

and March 29, 2019. This form must be submitted and received by April 30, 2019.

Offer is only valid with the purchase of a new Briggs & Stratton 20kW* home standby generator installed by an authorized dealer in the continental US. Serial number

verification will be used to validate that the unit was purchased by to the dealer/retailer no later than March 29,2019. Promotion starts 12:00 a.m. CDT on February 25,

2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on March 29, 2019. Sponsor’s time clock is the official clock of the promotion. The consumer must complete and submit the registration and

provide proof of purchase prior to the deadline of April 30, 2019 to be eligible. This is a consumer promotion only valid for one generator per address, and the leaf blower

kit must ship to the consumer mailing address listed on the rebate form. This promotion will not be honored for multiple generators shipping to the same address or

multiple leaf blower kits shipping to the same address. Snapper leaf blower kit will be received within six to eight weeks of submitting the rebate form. If incorrect mailing

address is provided, the leaf blower kit may not be received.
