Steering Handle
Type 400E
Steering handle height adjustment
l Remove hex bolt (2) from square
clamping piece (3) and remove it from
the steering bar joint.
l Adjust the steering handle to the de-
sired height and fit it into the proper bor-
ing of the steering bar joint.
l Insert the hex bolt and bolt it down to
the square clamping piece (3). (Ensure
that the nose of clamping piece (3) locks
into the long hole in steering bar joint).

Steering handle height adjustment
l Remove the grip screw (2) from the
square clamping piece (3) and remove
it from the steering bar joint.
l Adjust the steering handle to the de-
sired height and fit it into proper boring
of the steering bar joint.
l Insert the grip screw and bolt it down
to the clamping piece (3). (Ensure that
nose of clamping piece (3) locks into the
long hole the steering bar joint).

Steering handle side adjustment
l Loosen hex bolt (1) or grip screw (1) until all notches are free.
l Swivel the steering handle to the desired position and fit into proper notch.
l Re-tighten hex bolt or grip screw.
