SpeedClean™ 2200 PSI Pressure Washer ASSEMBLY PREPARING PRESSURE WASHER FOR USE IMPORTANT: Read entire owner’s manual before you attempt to assemble or operate your new pressure washer. If you have any problems with the assembly of your pressure washer or if parts are missing or damaged, call the pressure washer helpline at 1-800-743-4115. If calling for assistance, please have the model, revision, and serial number from the data tag available. Remove Pressure Washer From Carton 1.
SpeedClean™ 2200 PSI Pressure Washer Install Wheel Kit 3. The wheel kit is designed to greatly improve the portability of your pressure washer. NOTE: Wheel kit is not intended for over-the-road use. Place the bottom of the pressure washer frame on a flat, even surface.Temporarily place unit on blocks to ease assembly. 2. Slide a wheel over the axle.

IMPORTANT: To avoid pump damage, you must assemble the nozzle extension to the spray gun and attach all hoses before you start the engine. 1. 5. Uncoil high pressure hose and attach one end of hose to base of spray gun (Figure 3).Tighten by hand. Connect the garden hose (not to exceed 50 feet in length) to the water inlet.

If you have any problems operating your pressure washer, please call the pressure washer helpline at 1-800-743-4115. 1.

Squeeze trigger on spray gun to relieve trapped pressure in hose to avoid injury. WARNING WARNING The high pressure stream of water that this equipment produces can pierce skin and its underlying tissues, leading to serious injury and possible amputation.

NOTE: You must use the adapter to attach the brush to the spray gun. Figure 10 — Testing the Spray Pattern To attach the floor brush to the gun: 1. Tighten the adapter to the brush extension. 2. Apply a high pressure spray to a small area, then check the surface for damage. If no damage is found, it is okay to continue cleaning. 5. Make sure garden hose is connected to water inlet. Check that high pressure hose is connected to spray gun and pump. Start engine. 4.

Push screen in with eraser end of pencil until it rests flat at bottom of opening.Take care not to bend the screen. Place o-ring into recess. Push o-ring snugly against inline filter screen. Assemble nozzle extension to spray gun, as described earlier in manual. 6. Reinstall orifice and in-line filter into nozzle extension.

Tilt pressure washer in opposite direction and empty premeasured pump oil bottle into same opening (a small funnel may be helpful). Install black pump oil cap and tighten firmly. Set pressure washer in upright position. Add fuel and engine oil. 4. 5. 6. Empty pump of all pumped liquids by pulling recoil handle about 6 times.
SpeedClean™ 2200 PSI Pressure Washer TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Correction 1. Nozzle in low pressure mode. 1. Pull nozzle backward for high pressure mode. 2. Water inlet is blocked. 2. Clear inlet. 3. Inadequate water supply. 3. Provide adequate water flow. Inlet hose is kinked or leaking. 4. Straighten inlet hose, patch leak. Clogged inlet hose strainer. 5. Check and clean inlet hose strainer. Water supply is over 100°F. 6. Provide cooler water supply.

Revise la manguera antes de cada uso. Revise si existen cortes, fugas, abrasiones, levantamiento de la cubierta, daño o movimiento de los acoplamientos. Si existe cualquiera de estas condiciones, remplace la manguera inmediatamente.

Conecte la extensión para boquillas a la pistola de rociado de la manera descrita anteriormente en este manual. Mantenimiento de la Boquilla Si siente una sensación pulsante al momento de apretar el gatillo de la pistola rociadora, puede que sea causada por la presión excesiva en la bomba.

Incline la limpiadora a presión hacia el lado contrario y llene la bomba con el aceite recomendado a través del mismo orificio (puede utilizar para ello un embudo pequeño). 5. Instale el tapón negro de aceite de la bomba y apriételo firmemente. 6. Coloque la limpiadora de presión en su posición normal (de pie).
Lavadora de Presión 2200 PSI de SpeedClean™ REPARACION DE AVERIAS Problema La bomba presenta los siguientes problemas: no produce presión, produce una presión errada, traqueteo, pérdida de presión, bajo volumen de agua. El detergente no se mezcla con el rociado. Causa Solución 1. La boquilla está en el modo de baja presión. 1. Mueva la boquilla hacia atrás para el modo de alta presión. 2. La entrada de agua está bloqueada. 2. Limpie la entrada. 3. Suministro de agua inadecuado. 3.
