Warranty Statement:
If the product is within the warranty period from the date o f your purchase, we will repair, replace or ret urn it free
of charge as the case may be if it is confirm ed by the m anufacturer or d ealer t hat it is faulty or damaged due to
quality defects under norm al use. Unless otherwise specified by relevant laws, the product or component used for
replacem ent may not be new, but nevertheless performs well and is equivalent , at least, to the original pro duct or
com ponent in function. The warranty period is calculat ed from t he first date of purchase of t he p roduct, subject to the
invoice dat e. If t here is no valid invoice, the warrant y p eriod shall be calculat ed from t he dat e of delivery plus thirt y
(30) days. If the invoice date is later than the actual delivery date of the product , the warranty period shall b e
calculated from the actual delivery date. The repaired or replaced prod ucts shall continue t o enjoy the warrant y for
the rest of t he warrant y period, but not less than thirty (30) days. For warranty application, please cont act the
manufacturer or distribut or of t he prod uct and follow the instruct ions. When applying for warranty, an accurat e,
com plete and clear valid sales invoice should be provided.
The above warrant y does not apply t o failure, malfunct ion or dam age caused by: (a) m isuse, abuse or im proper
transportation, m aintenance or storage, such as but not lim it ed to use, storage or m aintenance under improper
tem perature, humidity or ot her im proper environmental cond it ions; (b) force m ajeure or accidents, net work or power
interruption and other reasons beyond our reasonable cont rol: (c) repair or removal wit hout authorization from the
manufacturer; (d) the way in which damage has been caused b y any third part y prod ucts or services shall be specified
（ purposes other t han t hose for which the product has been designat ed or intended: (f) using the product in
violation of t he p roduct instruct ions: (g) using t he product for comm ercial purp oses; or (h) the accum ulated m ileage
recorded by t he scoot er body has exceeded 2000 km . Normal wear and t ear or aging , scratches, abrasions and
problem s caused by t he use of coatings, solvents or ot her chem icals during general use of t he p roduct do not fall
within t he scop e of the warranty. If t he orig inal identificat ion label of t he product is changed or damaged, this
warrant y will be invalid. The integrit y and com pleteness of t he prod ucts and of the attached mat erials are not within
the scope of the warranty.. You should inspect t he products on the spot when receiving them and object imm ediately
to any ascertained discrepancy/ ies.
The above warrant y statem ent applies to our product s. This warrant y g rants the specific legal rights and other
rights you may have accord ing to t he law. Not hing in t his docum ent affect s your rig hts in a fashion that is not
suscept ib le of exclusion or restrict ion in accordance with law.
Warranty information for the product:
Reminder: The following consumables delivered with the scoot er upon purchase are not covered by t he warrant y: inner and
outer tires, front lam p assembly, instrum ent cover, handle cover, fender, rear t ail lamp, decorat ive cover, foot support,
charging p ort seat, rubber plug and scooter kit. When repairing and rep lacing parts, do not use any replacement parts other
than professional part s provided by the original m anufacturer. For rep lacement, please cont act the m anufacturer.
