KNOBS LEVERS

* Entry knobs are preset for THICK doors (1 3/4")

* Privacy and Passage knobs are preset for THIN doors (1 3/8") * Passage levers in the COMBO PACKS are preset for thick doors (1 3/4")

* To adjust knobs for door thickness simply turn (threaded) outside rose * Privacy and Passage levers are preset for THIN doors (1 3/8")

* To adjust levers for door thickness rotate outside screw posts to desired thickness

2 3/8" Backset (60mm) 2 3/4" Backset (70mm)

1) Determine if you need a 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" backset for your latch

2) install latch so that the bevel (sloping face) on the latch bolt faces the strike lip

3) When installing screws in latch don’t tighten screws completely YET

4) Adjust the outside rose so that the chassis is centered in the door.

5) install the chassic from the outside of the door

6) install the inside rose, rose ring, knob and strike plate

7) Now tighten down screws on the latch
