Choose a good, cleared assembly
area and get a friend to help
you put your grill together. Lay
card board down to protect grill
 nish and assembly area.
CAUTION: Some parts may have
sharp edges. Wear
protective gloves if
necessary.
Step 1
Attach casters to the bottom of
cart base using eight M6 X 12
mm bolts (black) and eight M6
star washers (black) as illustrated.
Note:
Insert the caster tightening
pin in each caster so caster
can be tightened.
Step 2
Remove the spring, washer, and
bolt from the tank gauge bracket.
Set aside for use in Step 5.
Step 3
Attach the tank gauge needle
assembly to the base and bracket
and secure with a hinge pin and a
cotter pin as illustrated.
Step 4
Turn cart base right side up.
Attach the tank holder to cart base
using four M6 X 12 mm (black) as
illustrated.
Step 5
Slide the spring, from Step 2 onto
the tank gauge bracket post. Then
align the tank holder with the post
and secure with the washer and bolt
from Step 2.
