Step 5
Place lower cart frame upside
down with wheel caster holes
facing up.
Step 6
Attach four casters to legs. Tighten
with wrench. Then turn cart back
over.
Step 7
Insert left legs into the two holes on
the cart frame until the spring pins
come out through both holes.
