Loosely add the Bolt (13) &

Lock Nut (21) from PANEL04

to the Height Adjustment

Handle (2).

Pointing the Nut side out,

slide the Height Adjustment

Handle (2) into place against the

Lower Pivot (43) side plate.

Use the head of Bolt 13

to hold in place.

TIGHTEN

HARDWARE

SECURELY.

NOTE:

The large hole in bottom of the Height

Adjustment Handle (2) must t over the Tube

extending past the Lower Pivot (43) side plate.

FIRST - Run Bolt (27) through the Left Tow Bar (4)

using the following hardware from PANEL05

in the order listed below:

• Hex Bolt (27)

• 5/16” Washer (19)

• Left Tow Bar (4)

• 5/16” Washer (19)

• 5/16” Lock Washer (18)

• 5/16 Hex Nut (16)

• TIGHTENHARDWARESECURELY

SECOND-Adding on to the same bolt (27), attach

the Lock Arm (1) using hardware in this order:

• Hex Bolt (27)

• 5/16” Washer (19)

• Lock Arm (1)

• 5/16” Washer (19)

• Nylon Lock Nut (25)

Note: Do not over tighten the Nylon Lock Nut (25).

The Lock Arm (1) should be able to pivot freely after

assembly.

LAST - Slide the Vinyl Bolt Cap (7) over the end of the Bolt (27).

Note: Wheel assembly

not shown for clarity.
