GENERAL NOTES (OPERATION) Caution should be taken when using any attachment. This attachment combined with the weight distribution, turning radius, and speed of vehicle can result in severe injury or death to operator, damage to vehicle, and/or attachment if not used properly. Attach boom mounts (21, 22) to tank support (17) as shown, using four 5/16" x 3/4 bolts (20) and four 5/16"-18 locknuts (23). 23 2. Attach 5/16 x 2-1/4" adjustment bolt (37) to the top of each boom mount (21, 22) with two 5/16”-18 locknuts (23).

Screw two 5/16”-18 locknuts (23) onto the 5/16 x 2-1/4” adjustment bolts (37). 2. Attach boom center (35) and right and left boom extensions (38, 39) to the 5/16 x 2-1/4” adjustment bolts (37) as shown. Insert rubber hose (31) into the 90° barb (29) and fasten to the boom extension (39) using plastic jam nut (28). 2. Assemble sprayer tip by first inserting the filter (27) into threaded portion of 90° barb (29). 27 39 28 26 11 29 3. Hold spray tip (26) on end and tighten down with the fitting nut (11), keeping level with the ground. 31 4. Repeat this step for other side.

Attach the wand handle to the wand (1) by sliding the coupling onto the base of the wand and screwing on. INSTALLATION ================================================================================================ SPRAYER INSTALLATION ELECTRICAL CONNECTION INSTALLATION CAUTION: Avoid injury! Care should always be used when working around batteries. CAUTION: Avoid injury! Before installing sprayer, make sure the vehicle is parked safely. Use insulated tools when making battery connections. Heavy gloves and eye protection should be worn when making battery connections. 1.

Attach the Wiring Harness with Switch (40) to the connector terminal end of the Battery Connection Wiring Harness (41). CAUTION: Avoid injury! Care should be used when routing the wiring harness to the sprayer. Do not place the wiring harness in areas where the wires can be pinched or damaged.
OPERATION ================================================================================================ ====================================================== APPLICATION RATE PUMP OPERATIONS Wand The pump motor supplied with your sprayer is a “demand flow” type pump. An internal pressure switch in the pump turns the pump off when the pressure reaches approximately 40 psi.
