DO NOT MOVE TO THE NEXT RESTRAINT UNTIL SHOULDER REACHES THE
SHOULDER MARKER.
When the child's shoulders reach this marker, the child is now too big for the child
restraint. It is now time to move too the next child restraint, see page 34.
