4 Thread the buckle strap retainer
through the desired slots in the
infant carrier shell.

Slide the buckle strap retainer
into the tabs so it lies flat
against the infant carrier shell.
6 Check that the buckle strap
is not twisted and that the red
release button faces out.
7 Pull the adjuster strap through
the slot in the cover.
8 Route the lower part of the
cover over the child seat
shell.
