Configuring General Settings
Configuring Advanced Settings
Enter the Network Settings interface:
Menu > Configuration > Network > General
1. Click General.
In the General Settings interface, you can configure the
following settings: NIC Type, IPv4 Address, IPv4 Gateway,
MTU and DNS Server.
If the DHCP server is available, you can check the checkbox
of DHCP to automatically obtain an IP address and other
network settings from that server.
Enter the Network Settings interface:
Menu > Configuration > Network > PPPoE
1. Click PPPoE.
2. Check PPPoE checkbox to enable this feature.
3. Enter User Name and Password for PPPoE access.
The User Name and Password should be assigned
by your ISP.
4. Click Apply.
5. After successful settings, the system asks you to reboot
the device to enable the new settings, and the PPPoE dial-
up is automatically connected after reboot.
You can go to Menu > Maintenance > System Info >
Network interface to view the status of PPPoE connection.

2. Click Apply.
Network settings must be properly configured
before you operate DVR over network.
The DVR also allows access by Point-to-Point
Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE).
Configuring PPPoE Settings
The valid value of MTU is from 500 to 1500.
