Using Your Inspiron Laptop
Circular Scroll – Allows you to scroll up and
down, or right and left.
To scroll up and down:
Place one finger in the 1.
vertical scroll zone (extreme
right of the touch pad).
Move your finger in a 2.
clockwise circular direction
to scroll downwards or
counterclockwise to scroll
upwards.
To scroll right and left:
Place one finger in the 1.
horizontal scroll zone (extreme
bottom of the touch pad).
Move your finger in a 2.
clockwise circular direction
to scroll right or move your
finger in a counterclockwise
direction to scroll left.
Flick Feature
Flick allows you to flip your focus on content
forward or backward based on the direction of
the flick.
Place three fingers next to 1.
each other on the touch pad.
Move your fingers quickly 2.
in the direction you wish
to flip content. The screen
content changes based on the
application that is open.
