There is no change to the characteristic and dimension of the product except for the cosmetic

appearance stated as below:

Polish surface on non-optic area Matt surface on non-optic area Reasons for Change: • To replace existing tool due to end of tool life • Improve tooling design to increase manufacturability of lens and reduce light trapped on uneven surface of lens. Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability: There is no change on material, device specification and product performance. The lens has comparable performance as the existing lens base on reliability and characteristic test.
