BROAN‐NUTONEONEYEARLIMITEDWARRANTY


Broan‐NuTonewarrantstotheoriginalconsumerpurchaserofitsproductsthatsuch
productswillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipforaperiodofoneyear
fromthedateoforiginalpurchase.THEREARENOOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSOR
IMPLIED,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,IMPLIEDWARRANTIESOF
MERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.

Duringthisone‐yearperiod,Broan‐NuTonewill,atitsoption,repairorreplace,without
charge,anyproductorpartwhichisfoundtobedefectiveundernormaluseand
service.

THISWARRANTYDOESNOTEXTENDTOFLUORESCENTLAMPSTARTERSANDTUBES.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcover(a)normalmaintenanceandserviceor(b)anyproductsor
partswhichhavebeensubjecttomisuse,negligence,accident,impropermaintenance
orrepair(otherthanbyBroan‐NuTone),faultyinstallationorinstallationcontraryto
recommendedinstallationinstructions.

Thedurationofanimpliedwarrantyislimitedtotheone‐yearperiodasspecifiedforthe
expresswarranty.Somestatesdonotallowlimitationonhowlonganimpliedwarranty
lasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.

BROAN‐NUTONE'SOBLIGATIONTOREPAIRORREPLACE,ATBROAN‐NUTONE'SOPTION,
SHALLBETHEPURCHASER'SSOLEANDEXCLUSIVEREMEDYUNDERTHISWARRANTY.
BROAN‐NUTONESHALLNOTBELIABLEFORINCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIALORSPECIAL
DAMAGESARISINGOUTOFORINCONNECTIONWITHPRODUCTUSEOR
PERFORMANCE.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalor
consequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.

Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights,which
varyfromstatetostate.Thiswarrantysupersedesallpriorwarranties.

Toqualifyforwarrantyservice,youmust(a)notifyBroan‐NuToneattheaddress
telephonenumberbelow,(b)givethemodelnumberandpartidentificationand(c)
describethenatureofanydefectintheproductorpart.Atthetimeofrequesting
warrantyservice,youmustpresentevidenceoftheoriginalpurchasedate.

