appropriate diagram. Use proper wire nut sizes
fornumberandsizeofwires.Replacerangehood
wiringcover.

OFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.
Duringthisone-yearperiod,Broan-NuToneLLCwill,atitsoption,repairorreplace,
withoutcharge,anyproductorpartwhichisfoundtobedefectiveundernormaluse
andservice.
THISWARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO FLUORESCENT LAMPSTARTERS
ANDTUBES.Thiswarrantydoesnotcover(a)normalmaintenanceandserviceor
(b)anyproductsorpartswhichhavebeensubjecttomisuse,negligence,accident,
impropermaintenanceorrepair(otherthanbyBroan-NuToneLLC),faultyinstallation
orinstallationcontrarytorecommendedinstallationinstructions.
Thedurationofanyimpliedwarrantyislimitedto theone-yearperiodasspecied
fortheexpresswarranty.Somestatesdonotallowlimitationonhowlonganimplied
warrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.
BROAN-NUTONE LLC’S OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT BROAN-
NUTONELLC’SOPTION,SHALLBETHEPURCHASER’SSOLEANDEXCLUSIVE
REMEDYUNDERTHISWARRANTY.BROAN-NUTONELLCSHALLNOTBELIABLE
FORINCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIALORSPECIALDAMAGESARISINGOUTOF
ORINCONNECTIONWITHPRODUCTUSEORPERFORMANCE.Somestatesdo
notallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sothe
abovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights,which
varyfromstatetostate.Thiswarrantysupersedesallpriorwarranties.

dressstatedbelow ortelephone:1-800-637-1453, (b)givethe modelnumberand
partidenticationand(c)describethenatureofanydefectintheproductorpart.At
thetimeofrequesting warrantyservice,youmust presentevidenceofthe original
purchasedate.
