Broan SmartSense
®
is a smart, economical solution for continuous and spot
ventilation requirements, including ASHRAE Standard 62.2. The system coordinates
your fans to ventilate based on your home’s size—automatically cycling different fans
in the dwelling based on square footage and number of bedrooms. A cost effective
solution, integration with the home’s air handler is not required, and with only one
fan running at a time, it uses less than 40 watts during ventilation cycles.
