Table 10 lists the general specifications for the Brocade 7800.
Data transmission ranges
Table 11 provides the data transmission ranges for different cable types and port speeds for Fibre
Channel. Up to 500km at 1G is supported when using a long distance transport system such as
DWDM.
Table 12 provides the data transmission ranges for different optical cable types and port speeds
for GbE SFP ports.
Table 13 provides the data transmission ranges for different cable types and port speeds for
copper-cabled GbE SFP ports and the fixed copper GbE RJ-45 ports.
