Displaying MAC Port Security information

Displaying the secure MAC addresses list on the device
To list the secure MAC addresses configured on the device, enter the following command.
Syntax: show port security mac
This command displays the following information.
Displaying MAC Port Security statistics
You can display MAC Port Security statistics for an interface or for a module.
For example, to display MAC Port Security statistics for interface 7/11.
Syntax: show port security statistics <portnum>
To display MAC Port Security statistics for a module, enter the following command.

This field... Displays...
Port The slot and port number of the interface.
Count The number of MAC addresses secured on this interface.
Secure-Src-Addr (S) The secure MAC address. (S) means "secure".
VLAN ID of VLAN to which the interface is assigned.
Age-Left The number of minutes the MAC address will remain secure.

Port The slot and port number of the interface.
Total-Addrs The total number of secure MAC addresses on the interface.
Maximum-Addrs The maximum number of secure MAC addresses on the interface.
Violation The number of security violations on the interface.
Shutdown/Time-Left Whether the interface has been shut down due to a security violation and the
number of seconds before it is enabled again.
