Syntax: show mac cluster <cluster-id> | <cluster-name> client <client-name> [local | remote]
The <cluster-id> variable specifies the cluster ID.
The <cluster-name> variable specifies the cluster name.
The <client-name> variable specifies the client name.
The local option displays the MAC entries that are learned locally.
The remote option displays the MAC entries that are learned through the MDUP message from the
peer.
Table 111 describes the output parameters of the show mac cluster client command.
Displaying VLAN-specific MAC entries
To display the VLAN-specific MAC entries, enter a command such as the following.
BigIron RX# show mac vlan 10
MAC Address Port Age VLAN Type
0000.0100.0099 4/1 0 10 CR
Syntax: show mac vlan <vlan-id>
The <vlan-id> variable specifies the VLAN ID.
For more information about the output parameters of the show mac vlan command, refer to
Table 109.
Displaying cluster VLAN-specific MAC entries
To display the cluster VLAN-specific MAC entries, enter a command such as the following.
BigIron RX# show mac cluster 4000 vlan 400 local
Total Cluster Local(CL) MACs for vlan 400: 1
Type Code-CCL:Cluster Client Local CCR:Cluster Client Remote CL:Local CR:Remote

Field Description
Total Cluster Client Local
(CCL) MAC for this client
Shows the total number of CCL MAC entries that have been learned from the ports for
a specific client.
Type Code Shows all the types of MAC entries:
CCL: Cluster Client Local
CCR: Cluster Client Remote
CL: Local
CR: Remote
MAC Address Shows the MAC address learned from a port.
Port Shows the port number from which the MAC entry is learned.
Age Shows the age of the MAC entry.
VLAN Shows the VLAN ID of the port.
Type Shows the type of the learned MAC entry.
