Description
Deletes SNMP access entries for specific v1v2 and v3 user definitions.
Syntax
add acl
<ip1> <ip2> Adds an entry to the SNMP access control list with <ip1> as the
starting IP address and <ip2> and as the ending IP address.

Privacy algorithm set to des or aes
Privacy password <pass2> (8 to 31 chars)
