STATE Indicates the state of the member with respect to
cluster. States can be Online, Offline, Rejoining etc.

FABRIC_STATUS Stores the fabric level status of the node like
Unknown and Online.
Status is unknown when:
• A node is going through a reboot or ISLs have
not formed yet.
• A node is not part of a cluster yet.
Status is Online when:
• A node is waiting to rejoin a cluster.
• A node joins a cluster and all the ports are up
and ISLs are formed.
