show running-config ip dns

Displays the domain name service (DNS) parameters.

Synopsis show running-config ip dns

Operands None

Description Use this command to display the configured DNS parameters. The DNS parameters are the

domain name and the name server IP address for primary and secondary name servers.

Command Modes Privileged EXEC mode

Defaults None

Examples To display the configured DNS parameters:

switch# show running-config ip dns

ip dns domain-name brocade.com

ip dns name-server 10.70.20.1

ip dns name-server 10.70.20.10
