Sets the global system name specific to LLDP.
Synopsis system-name name
no system-name
Operands name Specifies a system name for the LLDP. The string must be between 1 and
32 ASCII characters in length.
Defaults The host name from the switch is used.
Command Modes Protocol LLDP configuration mode
Description Use this command to set the global system name specific to LLDP.
Usage Guidelines Enter no system-name to delete the name.
Examples To specify a system name for the LLDP:
switch(conf-lldp)# system-name Brocade
