compare-med-empty-aspath (BGP)

Enables comparison of Multi-Exit Discriminators (MEDs) for internal routes that originate within the

local autonomous system (AS) or confederation.

Synopsis compare-med-empty-aspath

Command Modes BGP configuration mode

Description Use this command to enable the comparison of MEDs for internal routes that originate within the

local AS or confederation.

Usage Guidelines Use the no form of this command to restore the default.

Examples To configure the device to compare MEDs:

switch(config)# rbridge-id 10

switch(config-rbridge-id-10)# router bgp

switch(config-bgp-router)# compare-med-empty-aspath
