Specifies a string that contains the LLDP description.
Synopsis description line

Operands line Characters describing LLDP. The string must be between 1 and 50 ASCII
characters in length.
Defaults None
Command Modes Protocol LLDP configuration mode
Description Use this command to specify the description of the LLDP.
Usage Guidelines Enter no description to remove the LLDP description.
Examples To set the strings describing LLDP:
switch(conf-lldp)# description Brocade-LLDP
