Multi-device port authentication
Multi-device port authentication is also known as MAC authentication. The following tables
describe the multi-device port authentication MIB objects.

Syntax: Integer
Read-write Clears MAC authentication on a global level:
• valid(0) - An SNMP-GET of this MIB shows that it is a valid
command.
• clear(1) - Represents a clear MAC authentication table for all
ports.

Read-write Enables or disables MAC authentication on a global level.

command is issued and monitored.

Read-write The action value of the local interface:

valid.
• clear(1) - Represents clearing a MAC authentication
entry for an interface.
