OSPF virtual neighbor table
The OSPF virtual neighbor table describes all virtual neighbors. Because virtual links are
configured in the virtual interface table, this table is read-only.

Read-only Shows the number of times this neighbor’s state has changed state, or the
number of times an error occurred.

Read-only Shows a bit map that corresponds to the neighbor’s options field.
Thus, Bit 1, if set, indicates that the neighbor supports Type of Service
routing; if zero, no metrics other than TOS 0 are in use by the
neighbor.
