OSPF V3 Routing
Clicking the OSPF V3 button at the bottom of the Routing panel displays the routing information for
interfaces using the OSPF V3 protocol.
This tab displays a table listing all the active OSPF V3 routes with their associated values.
NOTE
Because there are too many fields to fit legibly in the table, some fields are omitted from the table
and shown instead in a slide-up “Details panel” in the lower half of the page. You can collapse or
expand the table by clicking the ▼ in the table’s header.
OSPF V3 route details
The following additional information for the selected routing appears below the main table.

Paths The number of paths to the destination.
ARP Index The index position in the ARP table of the ARP entry for this path's IP address.

Column Content
Destination IP address of the route's destination.
Area OSPF area the device is in.
Next Hop IP address of the next-hop router for this path.
Type Route type.
Options OSPF Options
Cost The cost of this route path. (A route can have multiple paths. Each path represents a
different exit port for the device.)
Type1 Cost The type 1 cost of this path.
Type 2 Cost The type 2 cost of this path.
Outgoing Int. Outgoing interface for this route.
