Automatic Battery Save
to extend the life of your battery
When the radio

is not used for 4 seconds, it
will switch itself into
a low power mode.
Battery Save does not affect the radio’s
ability to
receive transmissions. When a
signal is detected,
it automatically returns
to full power.
Your PMR unit has special circuitry designed

Monitoring the current channel
Normally PMR will not pick up very weak
signals. But you can monitor the current
channel for all sounds.
TO activate the monitoring feature
Press the MENU and UP button
at the same time. Your handset will
pick up any signals on the current
channel, including pick up any signals
on the current channel. Including
background noise.
Press MENU button to stop monitoring
