 Check the power supply and the connecting cables!
 If the LED does not light up, disconnect the device from the power supply
and carefully remove the fuse! Test the fuse. If it is defective, replace it
with a fuse specified by the manufacturer!
 If the above measures do not solve the problem, leave the device
disconnected and contact the manufacturer!
 Check if the interface connection cable is undamaged and correctly
connected to both reader and host!
 Check the status as indicated by the LED!
 If you are unsure of the enabled communication interface, try both (RS232
and Ethernet)!
 Contact Brooks Automation (Germany) GmbH regarding the firmware of
the device and the firmware update software!
 If these measures do not solve the problem, contact the manufacturer!
