Long Paper Jam 7
In order to avoid the long paper jam, select Long Paper for Scan Size or Document Size.

When you scan from the machine (ADS-1600W only)
In order to select Long Paper (up to 863 mm) for Document Size on the Control Panel, confirm
the following settings:
(Scan to USB/FTP/Network/E-mail Server)
• 2-sided Scan: Off
• Scan Type: Color or Black and White
• Auto Deskew: Off
• Skip Blank Page: Off
(Scan to PC)
• 2-sided Scan: Off
• Auto Deskew: Off
