4 Press a or b to select one of Network server profiles listed.
If the Touchscreen prompts you to enter a PIN, enter the four-digit PIN number for the profile on the
Touchscreen.
Press OK.
Do one of the following:
 If the Scan to Network profile is complete, go to 8.
 If the Scan to Network profile is not complete, go to 5.
5 Press Options.
6 Configure the following settings as needed: (To configure other settings, press Advanced Settings.

NOTE
• If you select Secure PDF Single-Page or Secure PDF Multi-Page for File Type, the machine
asks you to enter a four-digit password using numbers 0-9 before it starts scanning.
• If you select Signed PDF Single-Page or Signed PDF Multi-Page for File Type, you must install
a certificate to your machine, and then configure the certificate using Web Based Management.
• To save the settings as a shortcut, press Save as Shortcut.
7 Press OK.
8 Press Start.
The Touchscreen displays Connecting. If the connection to the Network is successful, the machine
starts scanning.
