Scan Documents to SharePoint 7
When you select Scan to SharePoint, you can scan a black and white or colour document directly to a
SharePoint server.
The details required to use Scan to SharePoint can be entered using Web Based Management to set up and
store the details in an SharePoint Profile.
NOTE
• Scan to SharePoint is available when SharePoint profiles are configured using Web Based Management.
• We recommend Microsoft

and Safari 8.0 for Macintosh. Also
make sure your web browser has both Javascript and cookies enabled. If using a different web browser,
