8 Do one of the following:
 To change the name, go to step 9.
 To change the email address, go to step A.
9 Press Name. The keyboard appears on the Touchscreen.
0 Enter a new name, and then press OK.
A Press Address. The keyboard appears on the Touchscreen.
B Enter a new email address, and then press OK.
C Press OK.
NOTE
The Touchscreen displays a list of shortcuts using the email address you changed. The shortcut settings
change automatically.
Delete an Email Address 7
1 Swipe left or right, or press d or c to display Scan 2.
2 Press to E-mail Server.
3 Press Address Book.
4 Press Edit.
5 Press Delete.
6 Press a or b until you find the email address you want to delete.
7 Press the email address.
Press OK.
NOTE
To delete an email address used in a shortcut, delete the shortcut first (see Deleting Shortcuts
on page 15).
