NOTE
If using Advanced Mode, click the (Settings) icon to access Device Settings.
Macintosh
1 In the Finder menu bar, click Go > Applications > Brother.
2 Double-click the Remote Setup icon.
NOTE
• To use Remote Setup, go to your model's Downloads page on the Brother Solutions Center at
support.brother.com
and download Remote Setup from Utilities.
• Remote Setup for Mac supports USB connections only.
• Remote Setup for Mac supports macOS 10.13 or earlier.
2 The Remote Setup window appears.
NOTE
You can also start Remote Setup by following the instructions below:
Windows

Click (Brother Utilities) on your desktop, and then click the drop-down list and select your model
name (if not already selected). Click Tools in the left navigation bar, and then click Remote Setup.
Macintosh
