General Setup (ADS-2800W / ADS-3600W) 1
Set the Backlight Brightness 1
You can adjust the brightness of the Touchscreen backlight. If you are having difficulty reading the
Touchscreen, try changing the brightness setting.
1 Press (All Settings).
2 Press General Setup.
3 Press LCD Settings.
4 Press Backlight.
5 Press Light, Med or Dark.
6 Press .
Set the Dim Timer for the Backlight 1
You can set how long the Touchscreen backlight stays on after the Ready Screen appears.
1 Press (All Settings).
2 Press General Setup.
3 Press LCD Settings.
4 Press Dim Timer.
5 Press Off, 10Secs, 20Secs or 30Secs.
6 Press .
Set the Home Screen 1
Set the Ready screen to either Scan 1-3 or Shortcut 1-8.
For examples of these screens, see Touchscreen LCD on page 6.
When the machine is idle, or if you press , the Touchscreen displays the screen you have set.
1 Press (All Settings).
2 Press General Setup.
3 Press Screen Settings.
4 Press Home Screen.
5 Press Scan 1-3 or Shortcut 1-8.
