Set Up a Group 7
You can register up to 20 groups. Each group can have up to 299 email addresses.
NOTE
Before setting up a group, you must register more than one email address.
1 Swipe left or right, or press d or c to display Scan 2.
2 Press to E-mail Server.
3 Press Address Book.
4 Press Edit.
5 Press Setup Groups.
6 Press Name.
7 Enter a group name and then press OK.
8 Press Add/Delete.
9 Press a or b until you find the email address you want to add to the group.
0 Press the email address and then OK.
A Press OK.
Change a Group 7
You can rename a group, add an email address to the group and delete an email address from the group.
1 Swipe left or right, or press d or c to display Scan 2.
2 Press to E-mail Server.
3 Press Address Book.
4 Press Edit.
5 Press Change.
6 Press a or b until you find the group you want to change.
7 Press the group name.
8 Do one of the following:
 To rename the group, go to step 9.
 To add an email address to the group, go to step A.
 To delete an email address from the group, go to step A.
