次运行本工具时，系统会提示用户同意 EULA。
通过运行 “eula” 命令，本工具将显示 EULA 确认消息。如果
包括 “eula” 以外的命令，本工具将指示您先使用 “eula” 命令
运行它。
如果将 “eula” 命令与 “--agree” 选项结合使用，本工具将自动
接受 EULA，不会显示任何提示。（此选项用于无声自动执行
本工具。）
示例：
