12 - 4 INTERNET FAX (MFC ONLY)
By pressing the appropriate number key the correct number of times,
you can access the character you want.
If you want to enter a blank space, press twice.
If you specify more than 16 characters, the LCD panel will scroll the
name to the left character by character. You can enter up to 60
characters.
Making corrections:
If you entered a letter incorrectly and want to change it, press to
move the cursor under the incorrect character. Then press
Clear/Back
. The letter above the cursor will be deleted. Re-enter
the correct character.
Repeating letters:
If you need to enter a character assigned to the same key as the
previous character, press to move the cursor to the right.
Special characters and symbols
As you enter the Internet Fax address, it will appear character by
character on the LCD panel.
