If any problems occur, the printer automatically stops printing, diagnoses
the problem, and then displays the resulting message to alert you. Take the
appropriate action, referring to the following tables. If you cannot clear the
problem, consult the dealer where you purchased the printer. Inform the
dealer of the message number for quick troubleshooting.

When any one of the following messages appear, the printer will stop
operating.

TONER EMPTY X
Replace the X toner cartridge

Install the X toner cartridge

Close the Front Cover

Close the Top Cover

Close the Lower Feeder Unit Cover

Close the Duplex Unit Cover

Refer to the diagram, and then check the location. Remove
the jammed paper.
