This printer has been designed to be trouble free. However, if a problem
should occur, note the display message and take the appropriate action.
This section describes the actions to be taken to avoid paper jams and
unsatisfactory printouts.
Paper Jam
If paper jams inside the printer, it will stop printing and display the following
message.

Paper jam occurred inside of the printer.
JAM B
Paper jam occurred in the Upper Assembly of the
Duplex Unit.
JAM C
Paper jam occurred in the Lower Assembly of the
Duplex Unit.
JAM D
Paper jam occurred at the Fusing Roller.
JAM E1
Paper jam occurred at the paper exit.
JAM E2
Paper jam occurred at the Fusing Roller.
JAM X*
Refer to the diagram in the printer and check the location.
Remove the jammed paper.
