CAUTION
Not following the instructions for using the printer may cause you to be responsible for all repairs.
Problem Recommendation
The print speed slows down. Add optional memory. See Installing extra memory on page 58.
The printer cannot print EPS data
that includes binary.
You need the following settings to print EPS data:
a From the Start menu, select Control Panel and then Printer

b Right-click the Brother HL-5240/5250DN BR_Script3 series icon and
select Properties.
c From the Device Settings tab, Choose TBCP (Tagged binary
communication protocol) in Output Protocol.
