g Hold the blue handle of the waste toner box and remove the waste toner box from the machine.
IMPORTANT
DO NOT reuse the waste toner box.
WARNING
• DO NOT put the waste toner box into a fire. It could explode, resulting in injuries.
• DO NOT use flammable substances, any type of spray, or an organic solvent/liquid containing alcohol
or ammonia to clean the inside or outside of the machine. Doing so could cause a fire or electrical shock.
Instead, use only a dry, soft, lint-free cloth.
(See the Product Safety Guide.)
NOTE
• Be sure to seal up the waste toner box tightly in an appropriate bag so that toner powder does not spill out
of the waste toner box.
• Discard the used waste toner box according to local regulations, keeping it separate from domestic waste.
If you have questions, contact your local waste disposal office.
