Error Message Printout 1
You can choose whether the printer reports problems by printing an error page.
If you select either Printer Default or On the machine will print an error page. Select Off if you do not want
the machine to print an error page.
Error message Action
Memory Full Cancel the print job if you want to delete the remaining
data in the printer memory.
Reduce the complexity of your document or cut the
print resolution.
Add more memory. See Options in the User’s Guide.
Resolution Adapted
(The machine has printed the document at a reduced
resolution)
Reduce the complexity of your document before you
print to prevent automatic reduction in the resolution.
